When placing an order for samples, just select the "Mark as paid" option instead of the "Pay with credit card" option in the payment section of your order.

Please note: Do NOT pay for the order when checking out of your own store. Doing this will mean you are paying yourself and Shopify will deduct their standard processing fees.
